Cancellation

Starter, Team, and Ops cancellation is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period once a paid plan is active.

Support targets

Support response windows are operating targets for launch, not formal SLAs, response-time guarantees, service credits, or uptime commitments.

Trial posture

Standard trials require a card so launch accounts stay tied to a verified billing owner, cancellation path, and retention/export window before production use. Public signup may create a short activation-pending workspace first, but no-card production demos are separate support-approved demo tenants.

Export and retention

Customer data remains available for export or reactivation for 30 days after paid access ends, unless an earlier verified deletion request is completed.

Managed boundaries

Managed helps with rollout, imports, setup, and training. It does not include legal advice, HR compliance advice, payroll processing, tax filing, or third-party provider contracts.

Are support response windows formal SLAs?

No. Support windows are launch operating targets, not uptime guarantees, response-time guarantees, service credits, or formal SLAs.

Can I start without a sales call?

The current path supports controlled trial activation. No-card demo tenants remain support-approved so capacity, provider setup, sensitive uploads, and data-retention expectations stay bounded.

What happens if we cancel?

Paid access normally ends at the end of the billing period, then the workspace enters a 30-day export/reactivation window unless a verified deletion request is completed earlier.

Does Yrka process payroll or file taxes?

No. Yrka supports timekeeping, payroll-prep exports, review, and provider handoff. Customers remain responsible for payroll processing, tax filing, legal, HR, and compliance decisions.

What mobile support is included?

Launch mobile support is responsive web/PWA-oriented. Employees get scoped offline read context and supported queued writes with visible sync states; native app-store apps and broad offline admin operation are not part of launch scope.

Yrka uses optional analytics on the public site to understand page interest. The authenticated app does not load GA4.
